I went on a
4 day backpacking trip here in late summer 2006 with a friend.
The Wind River
Range offers some of the most secluded hiking I've come
across, and
some of the most imposing mountains in the Rockies. Griff and
I spent an entire
morning fishing for trout in these two lakes at the base
of 800-foot
granite cliffs. Sure beats hanging out at work.
