Bighorn Peak
reflected in Lame Deer Lake
Early one morning
I hiked up from Old Crow Lake, sometimes following a
trail and sometimes
just walking blindly west, to Lame Deer Lake, where
I spent a few
moments fishing with this scene before me. I was so anxious
to go to the
other side of the lake and continue hiking up to the Chill Lakes
that I stopped
fishing after only about 15 minutes. The dogs were happy to
get moving again,
too, I'm sure.
