The deepness
of Bridge Canyon increased dramatically as we neared Rainbow Bridge.
This great wall
is just downstream from the old Echo Camp, which furnished tourists with
some amenities
in the 1920's when guided tours to Rainbow Bridge from Rainbow Lodge
cost $20
a piece. What's left of the camp is now surrounded by a rickety fence.
